What is a color correction?
There are many different kinds of color corrections. The general two are correcting “too light” color or “too dark” color. Color corrections involve: at-home hair color disasters, removing unwanted hues, lighten or darken hair in ends or roots, and/or returning hair to its natural shade.
How long does a color correction take?
Depends on the kind of color correction needed, it'll take from 2 to 5 hours or more. A consultation is required to determine this.
How much does a color correction cost?

What is an ombre?
Ombre is a style of hair color where there is a gradual blending from one color to another as you go out from the mid-lengths to the ends. Generally, it is a fade to light, but it can also be a fade to dark.
How long does an ombre service take?
It takes 2-4 hours, Time is adjusted by hair length, hair density, and desired result.

Between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Depending on the thickness and length of the hair.
How long does the Brazilian Blowout last?
It lasts up to 10-12 weeks with the use of Brazilian Blowout's Açai After-Care Maintenance products. The Brazilian Blowout is a cumulative treatment, which means the more you receive it, the healthier the hair will be and the longer the result will last.
Can I get a color service along with a Brazilian Blowout?
Color services can be done same day, prior to Brazilian Blowout. If you decide to get color services done after the Brazilian Blowout treatment, you will need to wait 2 weeks.
How to maintain the Brazilian Blowout?
No “down” time after treatment. You can immediately wash your hair, put it up in a ponytail or clip.

About 2 hours or more. Depends on the thickness and length of the hair.
How long does the Relaxer last?
It is permanant. New hair growth, however, will be your natural texture.
How to maintain the Relaxer?
Moisture is important. A stylist can recommend moisture enriching products for your hair type. Reduce use of hot tools, chemicals, etc. as to not overstress the hair. Touch-ups is suggested at 6 to 8 weeks

Who is the best candidate to do Japanese Straight Perm on?
People with unmanageable, thick kinky, frizzy, curly, or wavy hair, who want permanent pin-straight hair that's also soft, silky, and shiny.
Can hair get a Japanese Straight Perm if it's highlighted and/or colored?
An in-person consultation is highly recommended.
How long does the Japanese Straight Perm service take?
3 to 4 hours to complete. Otherwise, depends on length and thickness of hair.
How long does the Japanese Straight Perm last?
It's permanent. The Japanese Straight Perm restructures bonds in the hair, so results are long-lasting. Depending on rate of hair growth retouch of new growth would be needed about every 6 to 12 months.
How to maintain the Japanese Straight Perm?
For the first 3 days, stay away from water, steam, mist, dew or anyplace with a moisture atmosphere. Retouch of new growth would be needed after 6 to 12 months. Protect hair from the sun, and deep condition.

Yes. Wait at least 1 week after haircolor before getting a perm. However, some highlighted hair is not recommended. Consultation is necessary for this service.
How long does the Perm service take?
2 to 4 hours. Depends on length and thickness of hair.
How long does the Perm last?
It's permanent. However, new hair regrowth will be your natural texture.
How to maintain the Perm?
Don't wash the hair for the first 36 to 48 hours. Condition curls regularly with a hydrating conditioner. Style with products that intensify or smooth curls. Trim ends regularly to avoid split ends and breakage.
